Yogacara Cancellation Policy
At Yogacara, our small class sizes help create a special, personalized experience. Thank you for being mindful when managing your bookings — your consideration allows others the chance to attend.
 
Class Cancellations
  • Cancel at least 3 hours before class to receive a credit or avoid being charged.
  • The policy applies as soon as you reserve your spot.
  • You can cancel online or by email.
 
If you don’t show up or cancel late (within 3 hours of class start), your account will be charged as follows:
  • Unlimited Pass holders:
    • $15 for a missed class (no cancellation)
    • $10 for a late cancellation (within 3 hours)
  • Single, 5x, or 10x Pass holders:
    • One class will be deducted from your pass
 
Arrival Policy
  • Doors lock at class start time — no late entry permitted.
  • Please arrive early to check in and settle before class begins.
  • Missed class fees apply if you arrive late and can’t enter.
 
Private Sessions & Appointments
For private sessions, reiki, or Thai massage:
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • This policy applies once your booking is confirmed.
  • Group bookings follow the terms in your contract.
 
Workshops & Special Events
  • All sales are final — no refunds or cancellations.

 

Note: A valid credit card is required for all advanced bookings and we currently only accept card payments in-studio.
