Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Teacher Training and continuing education are calling you! What are you waiting for?

200 Hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

Program Dates: October 2026-May 2027

You’re inundated with Yoga Teacher Training options…
Schools promising short timelines, tropical destinations, and transformation, all in one package.
But here’s the truth…
I was part of that world.
In 2016, I co-led trainings around the globe in places like New Zealand, Scotland, and France, hosted in stunning retreat centers. And while I’m deeply grateful for those experiences, being in those beautiful destinations also made something very clear:
  • Stunning retreat settings don’t necessarily create great teachers
  • Short, intensive trainings don’t guarantee you’ll leave with the depth of knowledge you need
  • Real transformation doesn’t happen through rushed schedules or quick fixes
Those trainings did produce some incredible teachers. But more often than not, students left without the mentorship and ongoing support they needed to build real confidence and step fully into teaching.

And this isn’t uncommon.
Over the past decade, the trend has shifted toward shorter timelines, cheap options lacking depth and experience, and ultimately, programs that often don’t prepare students to teach with clarity and confidence.
Watching people invest their time, energy, and money—only to feel underprepared—led me to completely rethink how we approach teacher training.

Our vision moving forward centers the experience of the trainee:
  • A longer timeline, so you can truly integrate what you’re learning into your everyday life and leave with embodied understanding
  • A fair, accessible price point with manageable payment options—so you can invest in what truly matters
  • Ongoing check-ins and mentorship, giving you the space to process, ask questions, and grow with support
  • A schedule designed for real life, so those working full-time in Whistler, Pemberton, Squamish, or Vancouver can participate without compromise
I feel incredibly grateful to continue this work alongside Andrea Nacey—offering intentionally small, high-quality trainings that prioritize mentorship, depth, and integrity.
So that when you finish, you don’t just have a certificate…
You feel ready. Clear. Confident. And truly prepared to lead.
