Yoga Teacher Training and continuing education are calling you! What are you waiting for?
We want to ensure that you have an exceptional learning experience when you join us for yoga teacher training. This document includes information that tells you what to expect in the instance barriers (injury/illness/family emergency) or closures in specific circumstances regarding yoga teacher training.

What happens if I need to drop-out due to illness/injury/family emergency or become sick/injured during the training?
More than 6 weeks prior to the training:
- you can receive 50% of your training fees
Four weeks – 7 days prior to the trainings:
- you can receive 25% of your training fees
One week – the duration of training
- No refund is available however, in certain circumstances we may look at other options
including:- Live online options for students who are able
- Private tutoring, additional homework, and other methods of ensuring you
receive the hours you need to graduate (private tutoring is at an additional
charge and will depend on how many sessions are required. Sessions range from
$70 – $125 per hour and are offered online and in-studio)
Please note that we will offer you options based on the circumstances. If the training has the minimum number of attendees, we may also offer you the option of transferring to a future program. Other students depend on your attendance to run the program so we can only offer these options to students in emergency, unforeseen circumstances. I am from out of province/country. When should I book my travel to Whistler?
We are asking that you do not book your training until we confirm the training dates which will be done no less than 4 weeks prior to the start date. We may also confirm the training before this date.
What does the live online option look like?
It looks exactly like your in-person experience, only virtual. You will have the same access to your teacher, same live lectures, and exercises only done via a screen. There will be work that requires participation, action, and collaboration with other students. This option will only be available live and will only be recorded if you are unable to attend due to injury or illness. We will also ask that you keep your camera on and have sound available to ask questions and engage. We feel this is a way of ensuring quality and commitment with an online experience.
We do ask that you are responsible and respectful of the safety of yourself and other students.
