This class will start with gentle breathing practices, easing into full body movement to awaken your tissues, your joints, and your spine. Create alignment in your body and your mind to move into your day with clarity and intention.
Standing Hatha Flow with Emily Kane – 17 minutes
Explore a standing hatha-based sequence with some gentle flow elements that move from a grounded foundation. This practice will be perfect on any days you’re traveling and don’t have a lot of space to practice or if you’re short on time and need a pick-me-up. Expect some balancing asana that complements the ease and fluidity that you create for yourself.
***Emily recommends practicing 5 minutes of savasana afterwards (set phone on airplane mode then turn off alerts, and put on a timer!)
Hip Nourishing Hatha with Emily Kane (30 minutes)
Nourish your hips by finding a balance between openness and strength in this short and sweet sequence. Find your sweet spots so you can free up space for your hips, physically and emotionally, while creating stability for your pelvis. This hatha class stays low to the ground and has an overall mellow tone that will leave you floating off your mat by the end of your practice.

Join Danya for this grounding practice. Experience crossing the midline along with isometric and bilateral movements. Strengthen your mind/body connection in this slow moving class while staying low on your mat.
